From Normandie's biggest vegetable-growing area, Carentan, comes this excellent heirloom leek. Anyone who's ever been to northern France knows that the leek is the absolute most-planted vegetable there. This is one of the best leeks from a country that is in love with the things. Our French heirloom seed is produced organically by a small seed farm in central France. Its production process is monitored by France's rigorous Ecocert program which is a standard throughout the European community.
