Lettuce 'Goutte de Sang'

'Goutte de Sang' means drop of blood, as the ice green leaves of this batavia-type lettuce are tinged and speckled with blood red. A world away from supermarket icebergs, this lettuce is crisp, sweet, and flavorful. Grow in spring and fall.

Our French heirloom seed is produced organically by a small seed farm in central France. Its production process is monitored by France's rigorous Ecocert program which is a standard throughout the European community.
